Yoga lives in the present, aiming to teach yourself to let go of outcomes. Be here now. What’s past is past, there is no future, only now. Once you get to that next moment in time that was the future, it is the now. Focusing on your breath, being able to keep it consistent throughout your movements allows you to truly be in the now. Not off in your mind thinking about what to make for dinner, what that person meant when they said that, or what you have to do later on. Just now.
